-Well cleaned, without outer hard yellow skin and without outer hard nails.
-No Blood, No bad smell, No black nail, No bruise,
-No Black pad. Broken bones less than 3%
-Dry moisture percentage: less than 3%.
-100% Fresh and frozen, Safe for human consumption. (PAW: Bone to be
cut at joint.).
-100% Cut should be less than 5% on the knuckle
